We guarantee that we strictly adher to the rules and regulations stated within the Data Protection Act concerning the storage and processing of your data.

Forwarding expenses:

Forwarding expenses within Germany:

     • All orders shipped with Hermes Logistik include a delivery fee of 4.50 EUR

     • For orders totalling 75.00 EUR and above, the delivery is free of charge

     • On orders placed using the payment method cash on delivery (COD), an additional fee of 8.00 EUR will be charged
       An additional 2.00 EUR DHL delivery fee will be collected by the DHL delivery service

Forwarding expenses to other EU countries:

     • All-inclusive forwarding expenses at the rate of 15.00 EUR

Dispatch to Switzerland is not possible on the grounds of increased forwarding expenses

Payment methods:

Payment methods applying to orders placed from within Germany:

     • Prepayment (includes a 3% discount)

     • Cash on delivery

     • Credit Card

All stated prices include value added tax (VAT) at the current rate of 19%.

With all orders, you receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail.

With orders by prepayment, the information which you will need for completing the bank transfer (bank name, bank number and our account number) will be included in the purchase confirmation which you receive by e-mail.

Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.

Delivery terms:

Orders placed using payment by prepayment will be shipped following the deposit of the invoice amount in our bank account; credit card and cash on delivery orders are shipped immediately.

When paying by prepayment, the invoice amount is due within 14 days from the order date. All delivered articles remain the property of Candlecorner24.de until the payment is made in full.

Your order will be cancelled automatically if the invoice amount of your order is not deposited within 14 days of the date of order.

For every reminder concerning payment default a fee of
3.50€ will be charged.
