Searching for a product
On our homepage located in the top-right area you find an entry field called enter a search word where you can enter a search word to help you find the product you desire. For example, if you enter "apple" you will find a range of products that are based on the scent of apples. After entering a search word either click on the arrow symbol located to the right of the search field or press return on your keyboard.
Product Choice
If you have located a product which you would like to order, click on the Buy Now! button to place this item in your shopping cart (this will add a single item) or you can click on the product picture to open the product description page and click on the Add to Cart button (in the box to the left of the button you can also enter the desired amount of the product) to place this item in your shopping cart. In either case, you have the possibility to either continue shopping (Continue Shopping) or to inspect the contents of your shopping cart (View Cart).
If you liked to order an article more than once or would like to change the amount, you can do this in your shopping cart. Enter the desired amount next to the product and then click on the Update button. You can also delete an article; click on the small box on the right (below the recycle bin symbol), this box will then be checked and now click on the Update button. The article will be deleted.
If all desired articles are contained in your shopping cart, and you now wish finish shopping and place your order, click on the CHECKOUT button. If you would like to continue shopping either click on the HOME button (on the top left, next to the NEW PRODUCTS button) or click on the picture at the top of the page containing our company name and logo and continue with your purchasing.
Registration process
If you are a first-time customer, you can choose between placing your order as a visitor or as a customer by registering and creating an account.
If you wish to place your order as a visitor, click on the SIGN-IN button and in the I am a Visitor area click on Continue. A visitor entry form will appear where you can enter your data. Required fields are marked with a *. If the required fields are not properly filled out, you cannot continue the ordering process. When placing an order as a visitor, your personal data is temporarily stored and then automatically deleted after the successful conclusion of your order.
If you would like to register as a customer, click on the SIGN-IN button and in the I do not have an Account area click on Continue. An account creation form will appear where you can enter your data. Required fields are marked with a *. If the required fields are not properly filled out, you cannot continue the ordering process. When placing an order as a customer, your personal data is stored and protected with a password. This password must have a least 5 characters. Pay careful attention when using upper and lower case characters. After a successful registration process you automatically receive an account creation confirmation by e-mail, generally within a few minutes. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.
